Same happened last build, didn't get my refund when they wiped. Sent emails to CCP, made a topic in the tech support forums. Total responses? Zero. Now, I'm getting black screens every time I try to join any match. Thanks, CCP. Guess it's time to uninstall and forget this game exists.
