So, I got excited seeing the shield bonuses on gallente suits.. I like shields, I like gallente.. I train up my gallente suit skills and my shield skills.. guess what, there isn't a single fkn shield suit for gallente it is all ARMOR, why the fk does it have a shield boost bonus if there is not one suit that has the fitting for shield.. I'm gimp as fk, with 4 mil sp that is basically useless |

The bonuses across the board are rather lame. Methinks it is intentional to not create horrible imbalances. |

because gallente are armour tanker's? although that said the racial bonuses seem kind of odd. |

I'm not sure what you mean. The shield bonus I think you're talking about is not specific to the Gallente suit, it's a frame bonus, not a racial bonus. The Gallente suits have their own separate racial bonus, and are meant for armor tanking, this has been pretty clear to me. |

I thought by the bonus there would be atleast one suit that allowed a decent shield tank.. instead I now have to save up another 2 mil sp just to get caldari suits and make my shields useful.. I have zero skills in armor. , got advanced gasllente suits and advanced shield skills .. very frustrating.. just saying how it was misleading and cause a huge error on my side that will now take like a month to fix.. this new skill tree is fkn horrible |

I wouldn't worry too much. By using the Gallente Medium Proto with maxed shield skills and all complex shield extenders, you can get about 400 shields out of the suit. And you can get a lot more armor then that, so it's still pretty good. |

Going by the fact that you played even and know that gallente is mostly armor tanked this is your own fault. Gotta read all the descriptions and slot layouts man. I plan on spending and hour or 2 spending my points. |

yeh, I did not take enough time to look through it, I admit that. It just suprised the hell out of me there wasn't one suit at all with a decent shield layout.. even in eve there is gallente ships that can be far superior in tanking abilities as shield than being armor. They have caldari shield tanking ships in eve that use gallente bonuses.. I just expected and assumed soemthign that wasn't.. my mistake, but I still stand by giving the shield bonus it is a bit misleading. |

This is why I'm glad I'll be putting all my points into vehicles when I get home. Yes, the powergrid is glitched, but they'll fix that. I'm just gonna go home and throw everything I've got towards Caldari Assault dropships. |
