Basically I had said that you would be able to see all the district surface infrastructure and reinforcement windows on May 6th but the districts would not be conquerable until May 14th. This in fact won't be the case due to some behind the scenes reasons. I am incredibly sorry and I should have gotten this information out ASAP. :(
