Have tried both a wired and wireless downloaded client both from PlayStation store itself and the download list on psn. Have deleted all game and saved data, have tried other accounts on the system.. my ps3 is on the same router no problems for me, its the living room system |

These last couple of replies have me a little confused as to what specifically the problem is.
Chibi Andy and Mister Porter - are you having problems with the download of the client/patch from PSN itself (should be around 1.3GB)?
or... are you having problems after starting up - during the in-client content update process? This is the part where you see the Dust UI, along with EULA, Patch Notes, Server Status and a download bar at the bottom.
It would be good to clarify where its getting stuck :)

If the patches are listed for the size above, than why is it that it's 2.6gb's on the download list?
And I'm getting the hard crash on QUIT!

My first problem was the 1.3GB patch that corrupted my game when i finished downloading. I had to delete the game and reinstall it.
My second problem was that the game had an error when installing it forcing me to download the game again and that solved the problem.
Right now im downloading the 1.3GB patch and hoping that it won't corrupt my game |

Hello, I wrote a separate topic on the forum, but I did not answer, could there be to go into this subject and help me, I'm about 3 day can not come into play, have tried everything possible but not that did not help.

I've done everything like deleting the game and save data a, and to rebuilding the ps3 database. |

downloading from Australia using a wireless connection. i'll see if i can plug the router into the ps3 but it's in another room with no tv so might be tricky. i'll report back if i have any success. |

Not sure which gen ps3 i have (it may be 1st gen). It's not a slim.
Doesn't matter if it's wired or wireless. I can download dust from the psn store without a problem. Once it gets in game and it tries to download updates via the game i get an error that the game can't download content and to check to make sure I"m connected to the internet.
I can press X to have it close the error in which it tries to start downloading again but I"ve been doing that for the past hour and its getting old. |
