EVE and Dust run on the same server, known as Tranquility, if EVE goes up, Dust goes up, and vice-versa. |

While the server may go up, we can limit access from the different clients differently. There are some special services that we will continue to update after TQ opens to EVE clients, but also after large patches like this we like to have time to log DUST clients on and check to make sure everything works OK.
