As the topic suggests. It was in the near future category at fanfest, but I'm wondering if any post-uprising stuff should be expected in the next couple of months, as opposed to say... November. |

Near Future is a wide timetable. They describe various things as bits that be update in the next 6-12 months. With uprising, we're not getting scrambler rifles today, we're waiting till the 14th. Therefore, it seems reasonable to say that something like equipment can be added without a "new build".
So, I'm a bit curious if we might get something like Gauss rifles as an interstitial between actual builds or larger updates. |

Edit: Also... the advancing the core talk on the new rifles actually says they come "Very soon" and refers to the rail rifle as "gorgeous" and fun to fire. 
"Very Soon" isn't anymore specific than "soon". Very soon could be 11 months, and Soon 12 - that will still fit their "near future" bit. |
