It is to take in interested people who have potential and open them up to their potential. Most kids these days are good at certain things. For example;- a person may love using the AR but is really good with the SMG. GATT allows that person to see his potential with the SMG. So they can have fun with the AR but when it comes to supporting the team they use the SMG. GATT by itself is an entity. People can choose to stay in GATT or move to a corp. Most people move to a corp because of relationships established. Think of it as Eve/Dust university but we pick and choose who we put in there. The forums and people can say what they say. It doesn't matter in the end. For months people have been thinking I am the CEO of Red Star .

GATT. is for beginners, BUT it's also for people who are looking to join either of our Alliance corps through a tryout period. We welcome new and vet players alike, but in order to make sure people are a good fit in our corp, we like to try them out first. Tbh, I don't know ANY competitive clan (we were formed before DUST) that would take in new players without a tryout. We're competitive minded, and in order to keep that drive, we look for like minded people. You can accept all kinds of people into your corp, that's up to you, but here at SyNergy we do things differently. Poaching players isn't our style either btw...maybe know a thing or two about that.
