According to all the QQ, CCp pretty much messed up on every level. They nerfed HMGs, the sole anti-infantry heavy weapon that was already pretty bad, they super nerfed tanks, which were pretty imbalanced and are now really imbalanced, they made proto suits cost 5 mil sp or more, locking casual players out of proto fits and consequently PC for a long time and worsening pub stomps, and I think they nerfed the AR into complete trash. We all know the AR was OP, but was destroying it necessary. There are a lot of good things coming in uprising, but a lot of really dumb stuff as well. I'll wait until it comes out and see exactly how bad thing are and I will be listening to the forums for tears of sadness/relief. |

Think before posting, please. Heavy weapon SS got removed, and then a nerf was applied to the HMG. CCP doesnt want heavies. Ccp also INCREASED armor and shields to the 600-800 range, which allows you to get up close and personal to anyone, and withstand a barrage of AR fire while you take them down AT CLOSE RANGE with your hmg. SS is not needed, heavies are not supposed to be long range suits, that's why they have the most shields and armor.....for up close. Not really. By the time you get close enough to actually hit anything, your shields and half your armor are gone. |

They can play the exact same role but it has to be done a little bit different. but when your chosen playstyle becomes obsolete because of nerfs or unbalanced weapons, you're gonna get mad |
