You get your reset, you get your AUR and Merc Pack things back, and it happens to be a full reset only for you. You should feel special at the opportunity to be the one of the few to take that decision if you decide to. It is entirely up to you to have a different opinion and CCP has given you the opportunity to take advantage of that and make your choice. I honestly don't see what you're complaining about. Their agreement also states they can just shut down your account and keep what you've given thus far for breaking their rules of conduct which are a vast expanse of legalese if you'd care to bother with it.
