I had been suspecting that the special 5/14 launch date had rushed CCP to put out a half-baked patch in order to get it out in time, and probably release everything that didn't make the cut shortly thereafter, and I think this confirms my suspicion.
I mean think about it. We are only getting a selected handful of the planned suits. These were probably planned to come all at once, but the deadline crept up on them and they just had to launch whatever they had working.
So sit tight guys, I wouldn't be surprised if we see the other heavies, balances, and maybe a few weapons in about 3-12 weeks.

The "near future" is what has me hoping, that and the seemingly uneven update. Anyone know what "near" means in CCP speak? |

I mean, look how long it took them to get us these suits for uprising.
Hate to admit it, but you may be right. Only hope is if they do have them in some form, they just haven't shown us more than the concept art cause they don't think the rest is presentable yet. That would put them on a faster production track if they are already half way there. |
