1. Just officially acknowledge the problems, address the issues
It is a really important period for Dust and CCP. We have the birthday of EVE and the DUST514 public release. Everyone is super excited about both and we are voicing our concerns on Dust, to make them better, to make them ours.
I can feel your building PR for the new build and new contents, and that is good!
I can also see your good intention when you try to balance our classes or weapons, and that is good as well!
What it is not good or helpful is what is happening in the forum right now: a lack of CCP acknowledgement of the issues and response to the threads pointing out the issues. We need your response, we need to know you are listening, we need to know you are aware of the problems. Through your breadcrumb communications it is impossible to tell if you ever listens, or even aware of the issues that we are pointing out. It will make it difficult for us to track your progress with your lack of communication and your selective attention to problems.
Thank you for understanding.
PS Not trolling. I really wish CCP become more active in these forums other than making a GM deflecting the problems and make our concerns fall into deaf ears.
TLDR: Need more communication from CCP answering questions and problems. |

I suggest pinning a megathread on the top for each hot topic on the forums, and have CCP respond in it.
This will kill the spam threads, also we can be sure that CCP is on track of our concerns. |

Here are two topics that CCP urgently needs to address:
1. CCP's opinion on Afk farming
2. Heavies getting nerfed being opposed by many
It doesn't need to be a solution, it can be an explanation, or something, anything, but CCP cannot be silent on the issues.
Do not ignore your player base. Do not try to pretend there isn't a problem. You cannot ignore the problems away. |
