The skill point respec happens on May 6th, but new content (weapons, dropsuits, etc.) being released on May 14th leaves players a hard choice: Spend skill points to do good now and miss out on the new items, or save the skill points and risk missing out on the first wave of conquest.(from the dev blog)

You say that like it's a bad thing. If the Pro Gamerz are so set in their ways they want to dump all their points into a gun that is confirmed to be the shortest range gun of all the upcoming ARs, let them. They're building a house on wet sand. |

ok, seriously though, the PC and weapons are coming on the 14th, drop suits, maps, load-outs (as in structures) and vehicles will be coming on May 6th along with the advertised updated mechanics. |

Flux grenades haven't failed me yet, and my (soon to me more reliable) mass driver is going unleash hell. I can't wait for all the QQing to start up again since I've been training to land shots from 100m+ |

For me nothing changes, I'm not Ammar to spec into shield eating weapons which can do nothing against proper armour. Maybe I'll try it out some time later, you know, you will still get SP after 14th ;)

I hate ARs because they're OP and the majority of their users (usually CoD fanboys) QQ on the forums when they die to something not like them. I use the MD because someone on here has to have the stones to put these CoDers in their place. This isn't AR 514 last I checked. |
