Whether your PS3 is off, your in your MQ, or you're AFK in the MCC, you're doing NOTHING. One version of doing nothing (AFK farming) gives more SP than the other ways of doing nothing, so AFK farming has an unfair advantage over other methods of doing nothing. The worse part is, the method of doing nothing that gives the most SP actually hurts the team since it takes up a player slot that could otherwise be used by someone productively. Basically you get rewarded for doing nothing AND for hurting your team.

The fact that CPM endorses this and CCP is relatively quiet is quite disturbing, unfortunately. It seems like everyone feels entitled to be continuously rewarded for downloading DUST to their system and nothing more. |

I think the worst part about this whole issue is how obviously the community doesn't care about the future of this game. They would much rather abuse an exploit for their own personal gain then stand up against it. It's sad, and very indicative of the attitude of this games community.

I was actually thinking that only AFK sp would get rolled back, just an fyi. It's a pipe dream anyways, like in real life, people get rewarded for cheating and stealing, so long as you can twist the law to support your actions |
