Forum activity has increased to a fever pitch. People are calling for Buffs and Nerfs on the same thing in the same post. People are praising and cursing gear and features that haven't been released yet, and tempers are running short. I'm really excited about the next couple of builds, but there's an air of desperation in the posts I'm seeing that's new as we get closer build day.
So I'm logging off. I'm taking a backback and a tent and some freezed-dried lasagna and I'm going camping on the flank of a mountain overlooking the pacific ocean. There is no wi-fi, no cell, and no New Eden.

At some point you need to press that X in the upper right corner of the screen and get away for a while. These forums are a good place to lose faith in humanity. |

im doing the same, wont be back till the 14th most likely :P. got into clan on defiance and its like a whole new game :P was takeing newbs to their first arkfall they died horribly it was awesome |

The forums right now are stupid. I feel like im on the Bf3 forums, even more so after i got irritated at all the BS posting and made thread of my own to add fuel to the fire.... and not to my surprise, i got the same reaction i would've if it was on the BF3 forums. |

But why would you miss all the fun? Sure, tempers have all the length of ticket stub, and people's demands have gone from reasonable to unreasonable to verbal insanity, but that's just part of the fun. It's like a train wreck, only instead of people dying it's ideas being eviscerated. |
