What because plans can't be exactly the same a week later? Or even be improved because you've had time to better check out the star map and pick the district you want most?
Have you considered that if you had made plans for May 6th that these plans might have been totally thrown out if you'd had any trouble downloading or installing the patch and so were maybe delayed and missed out on claiming a district altogether?
Seriously, is no one thinking this through properly before complaining? |

Those of us that work, many took vacation time so that they could participate with our corps / alliances. Many places require at least 2 weeks advance notice. We were given a 3 day notice about this change. So many who took the week off for PC with their corp is now screwed.
And can someone please direct me to these threads about the release date, cause i can't seem to find any where people are complaining |

CCP seriously needs to give us two Sets of patch notes, one for what we are actually getting on May 6 and what we are getting on May 14. I mean come on we are what 4 days away and still nothing, stop pulling the "we're recovering from fanfest card" EVE got 2 Dev blogs within a couple days after FF and we are launching in 12 days and we get **** |

You do realise you only get to claim your first district on day one right? You know there won't be any PC fighting until at least 24 or even 48 hours later? And even then that's only a single match? You don't have several directors in your corp who might be able to do this for you? If not, that's just foolish. |

Unless people weren't paying attention, PC was always going to be released on the 14th. David Reid announced it at fanfest (see 'ccp presents').
So if people booked time off work for the 6th that's their own fault for not paying attention, not ccp's. |

That is 100% incorrect. David Reid announced Dust would RELEASE on May 14 (no longer in beta). Uprising has been scheduled for May 6 as well as PC (dev blogs to confirm). Giving people a 3 day, 1 working day wanring saying "we dicided to push it back" aint exactly PR nice.
PER CCP .. PC was going to release on the 6th (which they have already confirmed by saying instead of the 6th it will be the 14th). So I'm not sure were you got your info from, but CCP has always stated that PC would be on May 6 |
