I wonder how much tears would have been on this forums if Assault still had 1 variation, and heavies got the 3 other races. I wonder how much butthurt would have been present.

So you're ok with screwing over a minority to please the masses? Wow...sounds like you belong in government.
But on a serious note, this has more than alienating involved. There's also money. Real money that people used to get SP. While Assault players don't have to wait to chose their race, they can dump all their SP into a suit no problem.
Heavies? We have to dump all our SP into a suit, that most of us don't want, and no mention of SP respec. So yeah. I wonder how the majority of players would feel about that?
Again, why care right? Assault 514 is where it's at! |

That logic is flawed. The game is RELEASED on the 14th. It's no longer beta. But your logic is to release only 1 heavy suit, so the most over used class in the game have all their variations?
If that's your logic then fine, but I don't share that opinion. My reasoning is to give everyone a fair start at their role of choice. Forcing people into 1 race is not something I call logical or fair. |
