Just read this press release:
EVE: The Second Decade CollectorGÇÖs Edition contains one-time-use codes for unique in-game items for both EVE Online and CCPGÇÖs newest title, DUST 514, a free-to-play massively multiplayer online first-person shooter for the PlayStation-«3, set in the same universe as EVE Online.

The templar dropsuits are basicly reskinned amarr logistic and assault suits. Weapons are reskinned laser rifle, scrambler rifle and scrambler pistol I think. These are all blueprints so one doesnt need to rebuy them for isk if you lose one.

If it is offered for DUST players to purchase, it may be morbidly expensive to the point it would hurt the soul to even attempt to acquire.

if you go to the website it is listed like "Amarr 'Templar' Heavy Suit"
So in the same way you see "'Neo' Amarr heavy vk.0" now. It's just a name and alternate colors. Not sure one what level but you can be pretty certain it won't be better than the basic suits. |

I have an official confirmation from CCP Stardust (emailed eve support - petition) that the online digital assets from the CE will be delivered as codes in October with the physical box of goods. The only items delivered prior to October are in fact the preorder items (codes). The rest of the items will be from DIFFERENT codes delivered in October. |
