Exactly this, people dont see that maybe ccp is trying to balance the game out by not keeping noobies so far out of the competition like they are now , people been complaining about unbalanced games for how long now? And now ccp gives thiz option that kind of makes it more balanced but yet they complain about that |

This will just make it so that it takes even longer for new people to compete, not sure what makes you think this will help them out at all.
Make it harder for people to compete how? You and crazy space been complaining about the amount of time it will take to max out all skills and get more than one proto item ? How would that take longer to compete if there are lesser people with proto items? |
