Fortunately, it comes with your choice of 25% reduction in heat buildup or PG/CPU costs, 25% increase in clip size on your sidearms (dual SMGs means quick-swapping for 200 bullets before you need to reload), or 10% reduction in reload speed on ARs or Sniper Rifles (did you forget the Sniper was a hybrid weapon too?)...

Minmatar logistics Logistics suit bonus: +1hp to dropsuit armor repair rate / level Minmatar logistics bonus: +5% hacking speed / level So you're saying a 5HP/s passive armour regen at a cost of ABSOLUTELY NO SLOTS, PG OR CPU isn't a good bonus? You're basically spending SP on a permanent Armour Repairer, and not a bad one at that.
At the moment, Minmatar Logis get 10% bonus hack speed. Now they're going to have up to 25%. But it's "worthless", right? And another suit where Gallente have reduced PG/CPU costs (25% again). Caldari get up to 25% extra out of their shield extenders, making their Logis capable of insane shield tanking. Amarr get a further bonus to armour repair rate, in the form of up to 25% faster recovery from Armour Repairers.

Since there's no longer a passive profile reduction from Dropsuit Command, this will further emphasise stealth on Scouts over the other suits. And the racial options are up to a 50% scan range buff - FIFTY PERCENT - or a 25% damage increase on melee attacks, which will include Nova Knives for added sneaky WTFNINJA moments. Seriously, this is huge for Scouts.
