I was going to throw down some words, but since the new build is here within a week the thread could be invalidated by any number of changes. I will say that advising people to stack myofibril is borderline trolling unless it is specifically with the Type-B, which is unlikely to keep its bonus/error into Uprising. |

Actually, here is a golden piece of advice for scouts that might have slipped by. A couple of weeks ago a dev confirmed that your movement has no impact on the profile system. It is entirely range based. So feel free to run everywhere because Solid Snaking is not actually implemented in the game yet. |

Delirium Inferno wrote:Why would anyone go myrofibril with the Type 2/B Series scout suit as you get no sidearm? These do apply to nova knives, or at least are supposed to, so it's better for the Type 1/A series if you put those in your sidearm. Also Uprising is making a few fixes with the knives to make them applicable to battles for once. A lot of assuming going on here though, I know.
And yes I forgot to mention how your scan profile is static, so no matter what you are doing - be it running, jumping firing a gun - whether or not you show up on radar doesn't change. Another good piece of info to throw out there is that spotting is also passive. Now this is good for you since you only need to look at someone and have their ID show up in the center of your screen to know that all your teammates also see him on radar, but it is also bad because it works in reverse. Be careful to make sure no enemy makes eye contact with you, at that point your cover is blown.
Just the Type B. That melee damage. Don't think it's going to survive into Uprising though.
I wouldn't recommend Nova Knives on any fit under any circumstances until they are anything more than a zero range Shotgun that doesn't kill people. |

Plus my compact nano-chive, essential since you won't be able to rely on any medic if you are behind enemy lines. Yet it does not take up a large amount of CPU.
I tried the breach shotgun for a while, but it's irritating enough to miss a plum shot because the game seizes up with a normal shotgun. With a breach I found blood occasionally squirting out of my eye due to the game's instability. |
