Sentinel suit bonus: 5% reduction to weapon feedback damage per level
Amarr sentinel bonus: +2% heavy weapon reload speed.
Amarr Assault
Assault suit bonus: +5% dropsuit shield recharge rate / level
Amarr Assault: 5% reduction to laser weaponry heat buildup / level
Amarr Logistics
Logi suit bonus: +1 hp to dropsuit armor repair rate / level

Actually, since the role bonus is the same across all of them, you can simplify it by grouping the suits classes together so you can see which racial bonus appeals to you.
Scout
Scout suit bonus: 5% reduction to scan profile / level
Gallente scout bonus: +10% dropsuit scan radius / level
Minmatar scout bonus: +5% melee & nova knife damage / level
Assault
Assault suit bonus: +5% dropsuit shield recharge rate / level
