Wouldn't it be cool if the drones were like the geth in mass effect. The story arch for this would be amazing and these human drones were playable as a race.

Ask yourself this: Why would a drone, a construct that is programmed to perform actions based on a set of routines and subroutines, EVER act like a human with free thought and creativity playing a video game?

Why role play an alien? when you can semi-roleplay a human regardless of RPing or not? After all who'd best play a human other than... a human?

Well, depending on how big of a nerd you are, you could think that we mercs are going to become controlled by the evil bodiless Joves because we are killing off the 'good' body Joves by ripping out their implants. (I believe) the guy that drove a ship into a station and started the current Gallente (spits) Caldari War was being controlled by an evil AI.

No, he was controlled by the Broker, He made a clone of Admiral Noir and then killed the admiral and assumed his Identity. He then rammed the peace delegation's Nyx-class supercarrier into Malken(?) station killing the only people left who could stop the war. Also who are you spitting at the caldari or gallente? |
