Pretty self explanatory. Officer variants already have increased clip sizes/damage, so that's why I haven't included those stats in these descriptions.
Examples:
Mass Driver - Huge splash area of effect or a breach variant that does 600+ damage, good for AV
Nova Knives - Little to no charge-up time.
Scrambler Rifle - Large increase to rate of fire with reduced damage to make it more like a laser HMG
Laser Rifle - Much faster heat build-up and cooldown
Flaylock Pistol - High damage two round clip with larger splash
Plasma Cannon - I'm not sure if there is a variant with more than one round, but that's all it should have. Two shots in the clip.
Repair Tool - Repairs dropsuits, vehicles, and installations all effectively. Able to lock onto 3 targets with a longer range.
Nanohive - Repairs armor and gives ammo at the same time instead of separately (instead of waiting until you have full health to give ammo). Able to carry and deploy 4 of them. Tops off your ammo supply the first time, doesn't give you it in chunks.
Drop Uplink - Spawn time reduced by 50%. Able to spawn 20 clones. Able to carry and deploy 3 at the same time.
Nanite injector - Gives 100% armor (and instantly recharges their shields?)
Remote Explosive - Allows you to instantly press the button after deploying, allows you to carry 5 and have a total of 10 deployed
Proxy Mines - Larger blast radius. Allows you to deploy 10 on the field.
Remote Scanner - Scans in a 360 radius around you for a wide area (the entire circle of your compass/minimap) or scans in one direction with range across the entire map.

I agree that there should be officer grade versions of all weapons.

I agree, but the specifics would need to be tweaked to near perfection before being added. |
