No reason to refund militia bpos, they require 0 SP commitment to a playstyle. The same is true for salvage.

You didn't buy it. They're talking about commitments to playstyles that you might now regret, salvage has nothing to do with that since it's not based on your playstyle. This is how rumors start. |

I bolded the important parts for you.
Salvage does require a commitment to use, but not to acquire. You also can't choose to receive it and therefore it's not a choice you can regret. Nothing points to it getting refunded or even touched. This will probably only involve items you actually purchased. |
