A little change with this video. I've spent the last couple of days putting myself in Logis' shoes. Doing so really helped see what Logis do for us. So thanks Logis! |

Thanks to you too! I consider anyone that supports the team a Logi. They're more than a suit type. |

I have ran every suit type with about every weapon and I enjoy logi the best. Your vids helped tremendously with my heavy game. Keep up the good work. Seems like you really do your homework.
Thanks a lot! I'd be doing more "how to" type videos but with Uprising so close, it would be a waste of time. Glad you got something out of them! I'm going to basically live on Dust come May 6. |

Anytime. I had a few games where I would race against other Logis for revives. It was pretty awesome. Those games we easily won, and I don't think that was coincidental. |

Before the update, give the mass driver a try with logistics. It's a great support weapon and almost a must have to help heavies lead a charge and when you need to push the enemy back to revive a teammate.
I've been meaning to try it out. Now I have a legitimate reason to. |

I've been meaning to try it out. Now I have a legitimate reason to. Give it some time. It's no where near as easy as forumites believe. Others call it a n00b tube, people that actually use the MD refer to it as the pr0 tube.
So it's like a grenade launcher in any game. |

I meant that people complain about every grenade launcher. |

People complain about anything that's not an assault rifle
Exactly why the Heavy is so screwed up right now.

Osiris Ausare wrote:DS thanks for putting a spotlight on logis (it was great squading with you we should definitely do it again sometime) , and I'm glad you got a chance to try it out. I wish more players would try other roles out so that everyone has better insight into the game (for the last week I ran assault, which was a fascinating experience, especially where I've been a logi for the last few months, I now know what assault goes through, which will help me with my logi skills). But as Jakar stated, the logi is like a Swiss army knife, and that is the beauty of the logi; there is no one way you can play it. You could be a support logi, an assault logi, a hacking logi, a sniping logi, a drop uplink logi, an assault dropsuit logi...
With the new build coming out, I'm fascinated to see what kind of logis will emerge, whatever the case I will be on the field killing red dots and saving everyone's ass.
Osiris.
Yep, it doesn't really take too much SP to get into a decent fit. The one I ran was just a Type 1 with all militia stuff. Most of the SP I used was towards Light Weapons skills. Right now is the best chance to try new things and see what you enjoy most. Take the chance and run with it. |
