Ok so I didn't see this answered by devs. Will I be able to start dust before I go to work and come home to uprising? Or will I have to re download a new version? |

It'll patch just like any other build. However, given how many bugs are related to old code hanging around from previous versions, I'd suggested you delete it and start the install before you leave. That way you'll have the build fresh and ready to go. |

Format is a bit OTT but if you are going to, then just stick in a nice new SSD, it will make a world of difference
I will for sure be deleting and re-installing, also remember to delete the game data not just the game it's self

if you plan to swap in a new drive, you should also backup your existing downloaded content. i've got 6 years of content on my PS3 that has been passed along from hard drive to hard drive and across 2 PS3s.
i upgraded to an SSD in december, and posted about the backup-upgrade-restore process here : https://forums.dust514.com/default.aspx?g=posts&m=419876#post419876
as for may 6, i'm just going to delete the game data and let it re-download. |
