So if you wanted an Amarr Logistics suit it would be,

If at that point you decided you wanted to switch to Gallente Assault, you'd only have to level up the Gallente Assault skill since the Dropsuit and Medium Frame skills overlap.
Just checked the Sisi Magic Crystal Ball and to be clear there are racial frame skills:
Dropsuit --> Racial Medium Frame --> Racial Logistics

No problem.
I'm hoping the Tech 2 suits aren't 8x skills and the total SP to prototype speciality suit is about the same. The 8x skill seems extremely high for a suit especially when compared to the giant spaceships our pilot brothers and sisters fly.

True story.
Doesn't change the number of SP logistics have had the train compared to the other roles. Also consider that the skill rank for those skills have probably been adjusted to compensate for the new skill tree. At one point that said it should be comparable to what we had to train in Chromosome.
