I could understand if it was "Blah blah's X", but tieing the entire amarr racial set of BPOs to a $150 box is a poor move. |

Point is I don't want the book. And the reason they are bundled together is specifically to bait the people who want one or the other, not make it cheaper for those who want both. |

Look at the EVE items. They are all one-shot variants. The DUST stuff represents and entire RACE. That's not proper IMO, unless it is not exclusive. |

If you don't bite, they don't get paid. Bear in mind this pack is celebrating Eve's decade, not Dust. You could also see the Dust stuff as incentives for the long-term Eve players to try out CCP's New Thing. Looking at the bigger picture we're all going to have to grow out of the I Want All Of The Things mentality because just like Eve, as the game grows older there will be rares and limited editions and prestige items everywhere, and we won't be able to get them all just by grinding out instant battles. Let the Eve players have their celebration suits, then nod respectfully in Dust as you blow them away because they're more used to clicking on buttons than playing a shooter.
My comment is solely focused on calling it THE Amarr Dropsuit. A special edition Amarr dropsuit would both be shinier and less offensive to my inner RP nerd. |
