Basically everyone is AR user with GEKs
Tanks and dropships aint used that much by the looks of it and are paper plus fail fit
Heavys aint around
PS strike are called in whenever just so it looks more fun
New weapons are being used, 1 new gunhas an awful green scope

It was only good to watch to see the new textures and the weapons and how they acted, plus the odd death screen and scoreboard and also the EVE beacon and side of things, but you can see it all in the trailer tbh
For anything else it was crap, fail fits, fail teams and general noobness all around but give it no friends a bunch of randoms ftw
But it was just to show off the DUST/EVE side of what it will be hopefully |

Basically noob fight Which tourny were you watching? Weapon selection seemed pretty representative of a normal match, with people trying to show off the new things. Saw quite a few heavies. PS are called in based on capturing a beacon in EVE, afaik.

I only saw a couple before they got raped by ARs
PS could be called whenever if at the beacon instead of WP so that last match they just spammed PS and OB strikes at the end |

Were all the up front fits based mainly around the new gear?
No they had like 10min to tweek and make new fits before 1st match
But yet it was GEK and proto assault suits, a few did try out the new weapons |

Oh to the OP the reason for the extra OB's is they introduced a new feature that they want to implement down the pipe, where if you hold a bunker on the dust map for a certain period of time it gives your team an EVE OB.
Wasnt it holding the beacon EVE side? It would make more sense for EVE players because it gives something for them to fight for |
