So your saying you can't beat an AR at range with a laser rifle? Sounds like a L2P issue to me.

AR is the bess all around weapon in the game, i'll admit that. However every other weapon in the game has an area where it absolutely dominates at.

Mass Driver - Can suppress and entire squad, making it impossible for them to leave cover
Laser Rifle - Kings of long range
Sniper Rifle - Kings of extreme range
HMG - Owns at CQC to Med Range
Shotgun - CQC King

As a player if you have to know the strengths of your weapon and play to those.

Shut up, scrublet! The AR is mad OP! If I can't outgun it with an MH-82, then things have gone way south and the NERFHAMMER mus be brought down!

or your aim needs to be brought up.

Its not about the "strength" of the weapon, it's about ar's and how they're op. Even Mr.Zitro agrees that they need a nerf, I've used them a lot as well, I'm into my Gek now, and with some damage mods, I still can't kill a guy with a duvolle. Even with my viziam and 3 dmg mods, he still out dps me at around 20 m.

But for the ar's, the variable is a static 48, which makes x = 48, combine that with dmgmods and the gun is op. Also, vx is static as well and the recoil time shifts slightly every 0.8 seconds.
