They have a scope
They do enhanced damage to shields and once leveled up will overcome their armor penalty
They have a headshot bonus
AR's have none of these things, so get rid of em and if they did ARs would need a serious nerf in range cause they are already kinda OP. |

Some AR variants have scopes, and even without they have some of the best range versatility in the game.
ARs don't have a penalty to armour damage, and once leveled up will overcome the lack of bonus against shields.
ARs don't overheat, Scramblers do. |

underpowered? don't make me laugh. besides the viziam, the duvolle is the most powerful weapon in the game.
if i see more then one proto assault guy on the enemy team, i just revert back to militia gear as i know i am on the losing side |

It surpises how few people realize the true 'most powerful' weapon in dust is the scrambler pistol. :)
All I can say is watch the tournament finals on the stream on friday. There's bound to be a bunch of people trying them out and you'll see them in action! |

Dont get me started on the uselessness of a tac AR
oh and if SS skills are being changed so they no longer add range then the main reason for removing scopes is gone given that the major argument was they were basically autofire snipers with max SS skill and the scope.
So yea like i said rebuff the AR. And get rid of the scrambler, its just too OP. |

Same way i knew the 1s=5SP would lead to AFK farming and the new ambush algorithm would suck hard once people learned how to fan out and force a team to spawn over and over and over in the same spot., im actually good at gaming and understand games.
So like i said scrambler is OP gank em nao. Buff AR too while we are on the subject of rifles.
Oh since im here get rid of Thales OHK snipers are OP. |

That's like saying "Mass Drivers have splash damage, ARs do not, get rid of them"
Just because a weapon is slightly better than the AR in a way doesn't mean that it's OP and should be removed from the game. It's New Eden. Adapt or die. |

Maybe you should wait for Uprising to come first before dooming the Scrambler Rifle as OP. And basing your entire argument on a single 10 second video clip of promotion footage isn't really a good idea. |
