You should be getting one automatically for any that are in your inventory when they do the item reset. CCP will need to address whether there will be reimbursements for what's already been used. |

their needs to be one def for UVT's and for all aurum because on commercial release we're supposed to get full refund of aurum. |

They've specifically stated that any items you have in your inventory which are obsolete will be refunded.
Although they're supposed to be refunded at the "current" rate for the item, and if it no longer exists, I'm not sure what price that's going to be - probably the price as of now, though. |

No things that you've used should be refunded. You knew the cost when you bought it, you decided it was worth it, and you got the benefits from it. |

UVT wasn't worth it though. People bought it because you either don't talk to people unless you **** around changing squads all day or you pay just so you can talk to people. |

nah, I spent that 3-4k AUR already. It's gone. I spent it, and that's that. Now, if it were unused, I'd expect to get the AUR back, since it's worthless now, but I don't own an unused UVT. :)
Also, I really hope they don't "reset" AUR. The only AUR we should get back are from items that no longer exist/have gotten changes to their base values. |

I wouldn't mind being refunded for haven't used, or, if they are taking said item out of the game and my inventory, what I can't use. |

If you are expecting a full reset on commercial release and don't get you simply need to perform a credit card chargeback on Quality grounds.
The onus is entirely on CCP to prove to the credit card company they aren't defrauding their customers. US consumer rights are particularly red hot on this.
It would cost CCP several hundred dollars to process each of these so it's likely you will simply get what you want. |

Used up UVT's shouldnt be refunded. However if you have them in your assets you probs get a refund when uprising comes out. They wherent too expensive but i still bought for like 1 year UVT's. So thats still quite a decent amount of AUR. Im just glad to see that CCP actually gets rid off them. Better for the community in my opinion. |

I don't mind not getting refunded for UVT's that I've "USED UP". But I would like a refund for the one I am currently using since it will not expire until after May 6.
I should at the very least, get a portion of the 1000 AUR i've spent on it if I am not able to finish it. |

Charge back for what? Sounds like your just being a **** because you want something for free. You should grow up. I'm sure CCP will reimburse for things after the 6th. I have been follow this game for 3 years now. & I only remember them stating that they would do a full reset at 'release'. I don't remember them specifying which release. So, technically open beta qualifies, where this 'commercial' stuff is coming from I have no clue.
OT, I'm not expecting my AUR back for the UVT's i've used, but I wouldn't be suprised if CCP did reimburse us for them. Because I'm sure some have activated theirs for months ahead of time. |

I don't care about the UVT I already spent but it would be nice if I got the ones that have been unused back. That's a nice bit of AUR there. |

So you don't have to restock every match.
Because occasionally you want to screw around and it might result in a new and awesome tactic, or in you going 5/20 or something.
Because stockpiling 100 of the same fitting means you only have to restock once a week. |

All those other things were referring to the merc pack, nothing else. If you buy a Neo VK1 suit right now and lose it, you probably won't get the AUR back. So again, who told you there would be an AUR reset? Cause it sure doesn't look that way. |
