The fanfest media thing is more because they don't want people spoiling stuff that CCP might have dedicated presentations for. Things like that. After fanfest I'll release all the stuff I've recorded. Used a pretty terrible cameraphone, but I got the important stuff along with commentary about what it all is.
In the meantime, all I can say is watch the Eve/Dust tournament and the rest of the presentations because you'll defintely be seeing more stuff that you will love |

If by that you mean listen to what people want to say to us about what they've see, defintely. Tell us ALL THE THINGS!
If you mean sharing info here on the forums, basically what I said above. The best we can do is the video stuff we took commenting on the new stuff(Cazaderon will has a french version of pretty much the same stuff) which we have permission to post but only /after/ fanfest has concluded :S |

It's not so bad. Basically, it means if we want to break something... We just need to ask first and get permission from our overlords :P Just an extra step to releasing stuff.
If the news is already out to a 'reasonal' degree, we can talk about that news no problem in most cases. But if something gets randomly leaked for example, we can't just go "It's all good because someone else leaked it."
But rest assured: Anything we feel is worth posting we'll definitely ask if we can post it. CCP is pretty chill with stuff like that and will usually say yes. It's just a formal process that goes along with this stuff!
