this tournament was set up for small corps. Yes the turnout was **** poor to say the least (4 teams, including the not so small corp under a small corp name that entered 4 MINUTES before the deadline).

I thought we had a good game and that there was mutual respect on both sides; Us getting some experience against what is supposed to be a top-notch, well respected group, and you getting some of your members that don't get in CBs much to get a good feel for high end competition.

I'll gladly go 0/0 with 0 WP if that in some way helps my TEAM win.

as for ISK/AUR lost.... drop in the bucket. I personally funded this match so no one lost anything, and believe me I'm not hurting for funding. The perks of blowing up tanks on the regular ;-)

Now apart from a possibility of a very small prize to the victor of the cup, the only prizes in affect are the individual prizes. Now, those go to the players with the most WP, kills, deaths, and orbital kills (fired by EVE pilot) So far we have faced Teamplayers and our tanker Charlotte achieved the most WP with another player receiving most deaths, with your players recieving most kills, putting us one prize ahead. Unluckily, in the Phantom Task Force v. Militaires game, Militaires won handily, and beat Charlotte's WP with 2259, and your kills with a score of 20, as well as Phantom tying in deaths with 13, but winning due to the 0-13 score. So, this means as we advance, we fight the team that was reasonably stomped in their game, and you fight a team who won. So your chances of getting all that WP and the most kills logically should go down, while ours go up. Now I'm not gonna say we weren't trying to win. But we weren't exactly losing officer weapons etc. (Although might as well with the reset if you got em) So if you want to know if we are Faabulous. I'd have to say that merc packs and T-shirts are pretty Faabulous, and we'll see how it goes! So current scores to beat are 20 kills, 2259 WP, and 13 deaths, as well as being able to launch a single orbital from EVE that kills at least one person. Good game though! And good luck!

The tournament was set up so the small clans can get their hands dirty and get a little competition under their belt. It will prob be Faabulous vs >*T in Grand Finals!
