i got hit on my side which i do recall is not a weak spot. and i know forge guns tht do well over 5k of course not standard. i mean once a forge did 5k damage to me. advanced breach. |

the weak spots the back on a tank. where those little pipe things are. and the bottom. the sides are not weak. As far as i know. |

on armor tanks theres a green light in a cylinder that's a weak spot and on shields between the tracks theres one too on both sides for both.
one hit the plate as far as i could tell not anything else. either way he hit me 4 times and i died different spot every time. i had 2.2 k shields when i died. had 6.8k starting out with repping and all mixed with delay between shots. and hardeners. first shot 3k then hardeners and repping, shot me again then a delay then finished me. |

so what shield tank can live from 2 5k shots. there isn't one tht can unless u make some rediculous build. and thts an advanced forge. it might have been more i was in an armor tank 5.5k armor with shields 1 shot from the forge only brought me down to 500 armor. plz. it was a soma. i was messing around. |

That's just below breach forge gun levels, 2100. Maybe the third DMG mods, weaponary,some rounding up, and weak point hitting (which is anywhere from .20 to .30 in effectiveness bonus not a full 2.0) will bring it up to just under 4K but not 5K.
Than there's the debuffs from tanks running passive hardeners and active hardners :/
Once again some is free to do the extra math since i just covered the barebones basics
it was a 2.5k advanced breach forge gun. with other added stats. |

I can build a Sica with over 7000 EHP using nothing but Militia modules. Total cost is under 300,000 ISK. Pretty sure you can do a LOT better with non-Militia gear.
so 6k shield. u can make a 8k shield sagaris but u still get 2 shot. 11k shield if u use only extenders but like i said rediculous. |

It's a breach forge gun.... you shouldn't be dying to those at all one hit and the next shot won't be until 6 seconds after, well around 5s with the boosts. that's why i love my gastun's tear extracter one shotting dropships and LAVs. 3 or 4 shotting tanks STD and above. brings tears to even my eyes.
i never died where does it say i died to it. i killed him. i died to the assault forge doing 3k damage to me. |
