Wouldn't warning labels be put everywhere on it then?? It happens in eve all the time with things like PLEX. CCP would provide all the needed information that would allow someone to prevent from being scammed. They would just need to be vigilant is all.

And also because the prices are set by CCP and will probably not change very often, if ever. There is no need for player to player transactions of AUR when there is no real market. Simply transferring AUR would but fine because it has a set value. But selling an item to another player for AUR will never happen.

In eve PLEX is an actual in-game item that can be moved from station to station (and is vulnerable at such times). That too is bought with real life money, but in DUST's case its even more convenient because the money you spend on the game is converted to a secondary currency (which in theory could be used in trades just as easily as ISK) To be honest id prefer it if we could make AUR in game just like we make isk. But im sure those decisions will be made eventually.

I am more interested in purchasing AUR items directly from CCP's store using ISK. Player trading will be one way to accomplish the purchase, but the market price will vary and it seems like it is a ways off still.... I wouldn't care if it was super expensive, I'd spend ISK for boosters.
