CCP need to control AFK farming

I am a firm supporter of AFG when theres an old and stale build of Dust 514. Pauses Skyrim. AFG? Away From Dust 514 Game. LOLs at the Newberry posts/threads. Go AFG with Borderlands 2, Dead Island, Far Cry 3, etc. Goes back to being AFG. Continues to play Skyrim.

I am under geared and have low SP....and i hit battles against full squads that my bullets do nothing when i hit them but alert them to where i am. (it is odd that i almost always hit them first...are you 6+ million SP players getting rusty?) I give it a good collage try but when they take all bases and are virtually unkillable it is pointless to keep fighting and will only sap my resources. If it bothers you so much go play ambush where they can't afk. One suggestion is perhaps CCP should only give out ISK and SP when the player has either died by the enemy or killed an enemy at least once.

I mean since you're doing other things and just taking up space on a team that could be better used by someone who'll actually participate.

It is a game. Gamers will game the game. It is the nature of the beast. CCP/Shanghai is addressing the problem. It is tied to the SP Cap and the version we have now is a temporary solution as technical changes needed to be made before the next one was implemented. Maybe May 6th. They have also stated they are looking into the AFK SP farming issue and are working on solutions for same. Read the Weekly Updates in Technical Support/Bugs as well as Feedback/Requests Forums. They are updated Thursday, Shanghai time I would suspect. I don't know what time of day. Lighten up. If you don't like something just play the game you want to play and leave others alone. If there are too many AFK farmers to win the match Leave Battle and try again. Or go play Angry Birds.
