Aerial Bumper Cars!!!!!! Hahaha i just want pilots to get more rewards Amen to that. I've got a damn good Dropship pilot in my Corp that gets barely any rewards considering how easy it is to Forge Gun him out of the sky. |

Aerial Bumper Cars!!!!!! Hahaha i just want pilots to get more rewards Dragging the dropship across the ground crushing mercs isn't what I consider a rewarding experience. Not a rewarding experience to say but pilots need to get way more War points then they do for how much Dropships cost and how easy they get shot down I'd like to see a Deploy Kill bonus like they have in Planetside 2. Whenever I drop people from my Galaxy in that game, I get 5 XP for each kill they get for the first minute or so after they hit the dirt. |

The fact that most lettered objectives in the game are out in the open and prone to being covered from the air means unless more people spec into AV, flying vehicles in pub matches are going to win 90% of the time.
So.. yeah. If they give flying vehicles better weapons, they better have less tank. A vehicle that can sit above an objective and rain hell down is a portable orbital, and should not exist. Everything that is non-infantry ruins infantry gameplay. Tanks ruin infantry gameplay amd dropsjips are much more easier to take out than a tank. It's ok this game would be more fun with less variety right guys? guys?... IDK, sub-machine guns are ruining my assault rifle play. They have the edge in ALL CQC! Really they shouldn't even be in game. I mean, where's the skill in that????
In all seriousness, aerial vehicles drop easily to competent AV players, and even only slightly competent ones with Militia Forge Guns due to the fact that aerial vehicles suffer from exactly what you say infantry suffer from: no cover. An HAV or LAV can drive behind a building, rock, or hill pretty rapidly. There's virtually no way for a Dropship hit once by AV to get away from the second shot before getting taken down. |

And that's all it takes is 2-3 forge gun shots. Even militia lol The extremely short travel time of the round doesn't help. I mean, it should do a lot of damage as a Heavy AV weapon, but I think the round could really stand to be a bit slower so it isn't hilariously easy to hit even fast-moving airborne targets. |
