While I purchased the live stream via my eve sub, I did have a lot of trouble logging into the dust site to claim my fancy new drop suits it gave me. I kept getting the unexpected error every time I tried to log on, but eventually I was able to get around it by logging into the main page first then adding the extra part of the url for the actual page I was needing to go to to claim the suits. Might be worth trying.
Edit: I actually don't even see a place on the main dust page to purchase the Live Stream from for some reason. I'm probably blind though. |

Quafe scout dropsuits. 50 of them I think, but I don't feel like skilling into scout suits just to wear them in the MCC. They are one of the bonus for purchasing the HD Live Stream from the EVE Online site directly, although you can purchase the HD Live Stream from twitch directly, but you don't get the bonus stuff.
By the way that dropsuit is the only dust bonus you get for purchasing it from the EVE Online site, everything else is EVE Online items, t-shirt for your character, pirate noob frigate. Think that's about it really.
Edit: While you could just sign up for a 14 day free trial and never download the game and just use it to purchase the Live Stream if you wanted too. They need to fix it, do you have a link to the dust page that you purchase the Live Stream from as I can not find the one you are referring too? |

But what website are you trying to log into the purchase the Live Stream? That's kind of what I'm confused about.
If there is not a link through the dust site I suggest submitting a support ticket and see if they can point you in the correct direction then. |

I'm confused how Dust players are marginalized if the only problem you are having is logging into the Dust site to purchase the Live Stream. What site are you trying to log into to purchase the live stream from? |

It would have been nice if there was one. I will do that. Was looking forward to it. Well, I subscribed through Twitch so I will have access to the stream.
That would explain why you were getting an error, I don't really think you can log onto the EVE site with you playstation ID.
But ya, I don't know why they haven't added a link for the Dust side. Doesn't really make sense. Main reasons I purchased it through my EVE sub is because I could get it for a plex, which I have several lying around and I wanted the EVE stuff. Don't really care about the dropsuits as even if I ran a scout I still wouldn't use them, being limited edition and all. |
