Will not be coming to Uprising but they would like to tie it to Planetary Conquest somehow. [link]

Battle size going up to 16v16 for planetary conquest [link]
Next jump in battle size is 48 players and 24 vehicles [link] No ETA on increasing battle size. [link]
They are improving matchmaking but hope to draw better players out of instants with Faction Warfare and Planetary Conquest. [link]
For Factional Warfare and Corporation battles we are adding a latency indicator to the battle finder so you know how good your connection to the battle server is. That is coming in Uprising. [link]
Gear/map based countermeasures for redline and MCC sniping are being worked on [link]
Factional Warfare will allow stacking squads to form teams. [link]
Maps used in planetary conquest will change based on what surface infrastructure is installed and what district you are on. [link]
"Skirmish 1.0" is being worked on as code name "Infiltration". "Conquest" is also in the works, but is comes along with a much more sweeping set of features which I can't talk about at the moment.[link]
Orbital Bombardment mechanics are still being looked into but are unlikely to be based on the system used in the Fanfest tournament. [link]
Spawn/Death sequences has been updated, improving situational awareness around spawning [link] This includes updated mechanics for things like awareness of nearby medics. [link]

No ETA on API access. [link]
FoxFour is looking forward to developing CREST. [link]
Planetary Conquest requires further work before it is ready to be linked to CREST. [link]
Misc

Increasing the functionality of the Merc Quarters is not a top priority [link]

The AMA didn't seem to have any info on that, but I find the benefits of higher tier logi gear to be worthwhile even without being rewarded directly with more WP. Better gear = more time to farm WP, team stays alive longer which means they can run through my nanohives more often and we win the battle faster so I can requeue and gain more WP. |

Corp skills, memberships and roles will remain intact through the respec.
Directors and CEOs will have all the extra options associated with maintaining districts.
Alliance and Corp mail will be implemented in Uprising along with the addition of Notifications. This should resolve the invisible mail bugs.
Alliance chat is also scheduled for Uprising.
