I love it when people say WP should be how we gain skills, then someone just has to drop a uplink or 2 before going AFK and they still get WP.
As I've said before, this is just like DRM, the more rules you put on it the more you hurt normal players and the people who abuse the mechanics will just figure out a way around it within a day or two. |

AFK is a symptom, not a disease. If you are the only person playing our of 16. Then something is wrong wtih the game, not the AFK mechanic. |

No, I'm telling you that games should be engaging and that people should want to play them. If you are the only person out of 16 people actually playing the game then its not the other 15 peoples problem. You don't ban people from the game when obviously there is a problem with the game.
Then its just you playing with yourself.
The trick is to instead, figure out "why" people are not engaged in your game, and fix that. |
