No, its already been stated that that is a weapon for everyone. Its a dumbfire rocket launcher. |

It IS a dumbfire light weapon, and one that we desperately need to take on the damage of the Swarm Launcher so that that thing's damage can be nerfed to a level appropriate for a weapon that doesn't even require you to aim.
NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO I NEED MY NO SKILL NO AIM LOCK ON EXPLOSIVE DEVISE!!!!!!!!!!! I love it so much. |

It will either do untold damage to infantry or make no sense and do no damage like the dumbfire SL before it. |
