I'm sad to say it and honestly don't want it but ccp you know you're losing players by the masses because of this.

Check the Training Forums ore the Technical Support/Bugs Forums for the freezing problems. You provide zero information for anyone to help you solve the issue. There are several that have been solved, others that have work arounds and others that are being fixed in the next release due May 6th.
Some idiots are indeed crying over Merc pack reimbursements for reasons best left to the ultra cheap to understand. Merc Pack reimbursements are tied to Complete Character Wipes/Resets so good luck to them. Just leave mine alone.
Stats not being recorded is an issue. What exactly is the issue you have with it? Don't want stats or you do? Hard to tell when you just drop it in the middle there. rant ... drop item ... rant. See what I mean?
Which ten fatal bugs are you referring to in your rant? A year on, there are not that many that I can recall. The later ones are mostly the stats issues, personally.
The list of bugs acknowledged is in the Weekly Feedback under the Technical Support/Bugs Forum. Updated Thursdays Shanghai time. Patch notes included with releases cover those that are supposedly fixed and the Announcements Forum has information related to any extended down time update. The smaller ones do not seem to get any announcement that I have been able to find.
Player churn is a problem with any game. DUST has a new release coming May 6th which is requiring the majority of the resource from small development team that is CCP/Shanghai. They release a build and switch their focus to the next release. That is reasonable procedure considering the small team size. Currently many players I know are waiting until May 6th because just playing on the same four maps is boring.
Your last sentence doesn't make much sense in relation to being upset regarding the status of DUST. If you are a significant threat, regardless of you Berry Status (New, Blue, Red, Random) then it is appropriate for those threatened to come and take you out. If you are a Sniper of some renown, for instance, then expect some counter sniping, LAVs running over you tender butt and the occasional Shotty hunting you down. It is the nature of the beast. Being Elitist has nothing to do with it. Removing a threat is a good course of action and New Berries are normally just trying to stay alive while they figure out the game so it falls to reason that the teams hunting you down will be more experienced.
