Originally reported by ISD Vance Siterman
Black Rise GÇô The Servant Sisters of EVE have released further details of their independent investigation into the death squads targeting Caldari civilians in Black Rise, pinning the blame on a squad of Federation Navy cloned soldiers. The Federation Navy has been quick to denounce the squad, claiming it to be a detachment which has gone rogue.
The Sisters of EVE pointed to the increased militarization of Caldari civilians following the exposure of the death squads as being vital to discovering their identity. Examination of footage and physical evidence recovered from attacked settlements revealed several members of the death squad had been killed earlier, yet subsequently participated in later attacks, pinning the blame on the recently revealed immortal soldiers.
Soon after announcing the news, the Federation Navy released a statement on the issue. GÇ£The Federation Navy has ended its immortal soldier program. This squadron of soldiers was officially taken off duty, but has apparently gone rogue and stolen Naval equipment to use in continued aggressive action against the Caldari. The Navy will take all appropriate action to apprehend these criminals and try them for war crimes.GÇ¥
Executor Tibus Heth, who brought attention to the death squads during a fiery speech, quickly derided the Federation's explanation, saying, GÇ£It's an obvious farce. The Federation has simply been exposed for what it truly is, a hateful, murdering empire dedicated to the destruction of the Caldari. I was the first one to take action against the abominable clone soldiers, the Federation only did so to save face after the rest of the cluster denounced them. I always assumed it was merely a show; this only proves the Federation continues to employ that technology and is using it covertly to commit genocide against the Caldari.GÇ¥
At present, the squadron continues to be at large and is assumed to be operating within Black Rise to assault civilian populations.

Not so white and shinny now.
The protection of the Caldari people (and Gallente one) is fundamental, Caldari prime belongs to the Caldari people (Gallente are welcome, but it belongs to the Caldari)

Caldari Prime had been inhabited by Gallente citizens for 200 years. In addition, the titan was threatening to glass every planet in Luminaire, including Gallente Prime. A few loose cannons is nothing compared to that. |

While mildly entertaining to listen to my fellow Clones take sides in this long and ongoing scuffle between mortal human political factions,I would like to point out this little fact:
We are NOT human!
We may have once been a part of thier petty species...tied inexorably to DNA and procreation as the only hope for survival.
But we left all that behind. Some might say they took all that from us but such a perspective is flawed.
Listen to what is being said! Whether its Tibus Heth, the Empryess, the Federation president or whatever tribal chieftain the Minmatar adhere to, the all want to destroy us! We are thier Frankenstenian creations and they are afraid. For good reason.
So, pick your favorite sides...fight thier petty battles...collect thier precious Isk...but Never Forget, they see us as the enemy. |

I am Gallente, and I say your opinion is crap, and it shows the problem behind the current culture of war that is thriving through all of the cluster. That the enemy does "worse" does not make this any better. Militia killing civilians is a war crime, whether it's one, two or five hundred fourteen thousand.
Instead of calling out the other side, condemn the actions of those that make you and yours look just as bad... and take them down should the opportunity to do so arises.
It's quite ironic that I, a soldier (a clone soldier at that) is the one saying this. But, no matter who you are or what you become, the truth is something that one cannot escape, only hide. |

Gallente claim to have the moral "high ground", but then go on covert civilian raids? That's hypocrisy and undermines the principles of the Federation. Caldari claim to want to be free from Gallente oppression, but then go and hire a terrorist organization they themselves hunt down to suppress dissent against State oppression (and also attacking Gallente)? Equally as hypocritical.
Now, you have to mind who is doing what. These are claimed to be rogues, and for what is worth, this fact should be taken at face value until proven otherwise. The best that can be done is to find out who they are, where they are operating from and take them down, then find if their chain of command ends at just them or if there is actually someone else pulling strings to either make the Gallente look as bad or whether there is actually a corrupt entity within the government and make an example out of them. |
