Finally unlocked it it and I gotta say , WOW!!
Worth the 777.300 SP it took to get it. Wasn't sure how much of a difference it would do, and it is awesome. Add a complex damage mod and my Exile puts a serious hurting on fatties. |

To each their own I guess, I personally wouldn't even consider proficiency 5 until I have 8-10 mill SP. That cost for for shield control is much easier to take as shield Type heavy, approximately 16HP per level, still lvl1 is Definitely not urgent.
Understandable, I run a Logi so the extra oomph helps.
On a side note I am at 7.4M SP. |

Yeah, got quite a few 3's & 4's and several 5's, and a couple 1's & 2's.
I've been playing the beta since June so I've tried a few different things out so I have my skill tree thought out nicely(I'd think) since I'm plotting for long term. But there are a few impulse specs, like long range scanning, which does help out often. |
