I haven't seen much lore-based stuff in the way of Gallente/Minmatar divides. |

I would just like to express my deepest condolences to all victims, and I can assure that every Imperfect and Negative Feedback members is deeply troubled over these past events. The attack on innocent lives can never be condoned, no matter the circumstances.
However, these sort of events are to be expected. When you the promote the birth of Terrorist organization such as the Minmatar, the only result will be a harsh retaliation.
The Gallente should of know better You know... It is a very good PR procedure to avoid: 1- sending condolences to just victims, since many of those may be dead (and there are, in this case) 2- insulting people when acting friendly towards them (makes you look like a hypocrite) 3- bad grammar (makes you look uncultured) Yes, it is regrettable that these things happen (they are an inevitability of societies where individualism is a fact of life). But, when you go out of your way to tell someone "i'm sorry to hear this but it's your own fault", you are only adding fuel to a fire that may well have never gone further from just an isolated leaf on the cold winds. I don't want to assume, since that is in bad behavior, but you give me the impression of not being either a Gallente nor a Minmatar citizen, which would explain the highly opinionated PR statement.
Ironic that a no name player of a no name corp is instructing me. Furthermore, are you trying insinuate that the Imperfects have ties to a specific faction. The Imperfects pride themselves on staying neutral, and will only intervene when we feel Freedom and Liberty are threatened.
As for my personal feelings toward this event. I could careless. If I could wipe every Minmatar Man, Woman, and Child from the face of existence I would. |

I was wondering that myself, also I love how he admits that he could care less.
I think he meant "couldn't care less"

Also, correct me if I am wrong, though if she dies outside a pod, doesn't she die for good unless she had an upgrade to our particular brand of clone. |

Soft clones.
Cloning and memory transfer aren't exclusive to Capsuleers inside a capsule (and now us Mercs). Important people almost always have 'soft' clones which they update regularly with their brain-state. That way, if they are killed, the clone is woken up and the person exists as he did at the moment of his last brain scan. Its like a save point for life. Capsuleers do it too. All it takes is money.
The capsuleer/merc advantage is the use of instant-transfer technology that allows them to basically just keep living from the point they died, with no lost memories. |
