There should be squad skills this means whoever is in the squad gets a boost from the squad booster. The squad booster is not the squad leader but can be set by the squad leader. This means you can always change the booster of the squad without changing the leader. Squad booster skills are pretty omni and never really apply to one weapon but all weapons for example.
Weaponry Function Booster +2% to all weapon damage per level 3% shield maximum capacity per level 4% armor maximum capacity per level but -1% movement speed per level 3% movement speed per skill level (can be used to counteract the armor skill)
This is just an example of how squad booster could work. Only one booster can be set per squad at a time in order as to not stack squad boost. It's nice because you only need one booster per squad to boost your entire team and all three other players can be focused else where with their skills. |

If you were Squad leader/Platoon leader or OIC you gave your squad a boost, the offset was that you have to be in range of your SL/PL/OIC so you didnt get the bonus when you ran off to the otherside of the map
I would like squad booster skills, increases teamwork but keep it in a radius like 50m of the SL, in a HAV it wouldnt matter tho
It is also in EVE and you can apply multiple types of boosters to fleet commander, wing commander, squad commander these boost however don't stack over to one another. so commander booster wont stack over to squad booster thank you for comment. |

Awesome but it should apply to squad members hopefully they have something like that instead of nearby allies. But in truth I guess their both functional systems. |

But in truth I guess their both functional systems. That would be OP, imagine a guy in a 'commander suit' being in an MCC and giving his squad a 10% damage increase and/or complex shield extender bonus; he/she , would not even have to risk their lives. By making the bonuses proximity based it at least makes the 'commander' have to be out in the field. Considering the 'commander' suit is said to only be able to use a side arm it makes sense. I keep saying 'commander', with quotes because it may be the name of the pilot suit for the MCC driver. Though, my memory is failing. Need sleep... Must... keep... posting lol
I don't really agree on the op and it was only a rough draft of how the system would work but yes I guess being in proximity is smart or something you could apply to even squad boosters. Plus why camp the MCC would you could add your bonus and shoot your gun. |

That sounds really awesome |
