Alright so I have a problem...
After I donated 300k isk to an alt corp member, kicked him immediately after, and then disbanded my corporation I was immediately disconnected.
I then reconnected and was able to get into my merc quarters. However, when I attempted to join a game or typed a message into a chat such as LFSquad, the message would not appear and I would disconnect shortly after.
This problem started maybe an hour or two ago. If anyone could look into this id appreciate it.

How many chats do you have open?
Close those that you are not actively using. I run seven open chats but others have had problems until they got to four. It is under investigation but no fix has been stated as yet.
Also, stop typing in chat when waiting for deployment. I know life is too hectic and everything must get done right now but I try to never be in a menu of any type when deployment is on screen. Any problems from that moment on can break the Squad with any number of odd results waiting to ruin your play. |

I tried what you recommended but unfortunately that didn't help. Once i get the waiting for deployment message, I get an internal error message but still load into the game for some reason. Then after I load in it allows me to press x to reconnect to dust |

@Urukabarr, There is another slim possibility. Try the rebuilding the PS3 database.
http://www.ps3blog.net/2011/01/28/tips-and-tricks-ps3-rebuild-database-faq-recovery-menu/
I finally did that and I must caution you regarding my experience. I did the sequence and it didn't take all that long on my 300MB drive with 100MB used. I ran DUST right after it and everything was fine. The next time I started DUST the PS3, I think, claimed the file was corrupted and claimed the DUST needed to be re-installed.
So I deleted DUST and re-downloaded and re-installed DUST. Everything has been fine since then.
However, I seriously don't know anybody that has performed the sequence you did much less had the problem you reported.
Contacting support might be your best bet. Search for support email should get you the required address quickly.
Good Luck and sorry my first suggestion didn't help. |
