The Lancer is a Tech 2 Minmatar Enforcer HAV. Like other Enforcer HAVs, it has remarkable range and firepower, but poor speed and durability. Of course, on this vehicle, speed is relative, and the Lancer is the fastest and most agile Enforcer vehicle. It is, however, fragile compared to other Enforcers. Combined with Large Artillery Turrets, the Lancer can rain down a condensed version of hell upon the enemy. It lacks the precision and rate of fire of a Large Railgun, but it is devastatingly powerful. With its lightweight chassis optimized for speed, it can quickly move position after firing.

Maximum Speed - 21m/s

I really like these ideas but don't you think they're a little unnecessary? Your threads tend to be modeled after things that are already in EVE (mining, exploration) and equipment that we'll probably receive in the future (Minmatar HAVs, Caldari Heavy Dropsuits). |

I've never talked about Caldari Heavy Dropsuits. Ever. I preferred not to open that indecisive can of worms. |
