The Leopard is a Tech 2 Minmatar Marauder HAV. Unlike other Marauders, which are simply focused on blasting their way through enemy choke points and barricades, the Leopard runs through them with guns blazing. Put it plainly: the Leopard is Leeroy Jenkins' personal transport vehicle. The Leopard has the guns and the armor to simply shatter enemy defenses like any other Marauder, it just prefers to mow right through them and not give a damn. It is the fastest and most agile Marauder, which is just how the Minmatar like it.

In Eve some of the most powerful active shield tanked ships are Minmatar think Maelstrom or Cyclone both of these ships and numerous T2 minmatar ships have extreme shield boosting abilities perhaps a bonus to shield boosters would fit this type of tank at the expence of some agility and speed, while i think other variations of the Minnie tanks should keep speed bonus i think the minmatar versatility should be remembered its not just speed that the minmatar have |

On the Singularity Server, some EVE players found evidence of new skills and items for Dust 514. They also discovered that Marauders strangely don't appear on Singularity even though they appear in Tranquility. In most likeliness they are removing Marauders until they manage to make them worth using, similarly to what they did with Black Ops HAVs. |

Well, keep in mind that all of my Minmatar vehicle suggestions, despite being versatile enough to go Armor or Shield tanked, are slightly biased towards Shield Tanking. |
